True excellence is consistent. The Yūshū Combined Award recognises Honda retailers who deliver outstanding customer satisfaction across the entire Honda experience – from the first conversation through to ongoing care and support.

To qualify, retailers must meet the required criteria in both Sales and Aftersales, with the highest combined score in each country earning the award.
